The movie "One Million Years B.C." portrays Cavemen hunting and gathering, fighting dinosaurs, and battling each other.  But then comes a cataclysmic Earthquake and Volcano.  Now, the Shell People and the Rock People must unite together to find a new home.

 

     The movie features a handsome Caveman (Tumak), various Dinosaurs, an Earthquake, a smoking hot Volcano, and a smoking hot Cavegirl (Loana the Fair One).

One Million Real Estate Agents B.C.

 

     In the early 2000's, times were good for Real Estate Agents (and Appraisers and Lenders and Surveyors and Title Companies and Inspectors).  We hunted and gathered with ease.  The Dinosaurs were docile (NINJA Loans, 100%+ Loans, etc.).

 

 

 

 

 

    The Battles were bidding wars... when a property came on the market, Real Estate Agents would frantically call their Buyers, desperate to get "their offer" in first.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

      In the early to mid 2000's, Sellers reaped large profits.  Investors flipped properties for double what they paid, sometimes in literally months.  Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Appraisers, Inspectors, Repairmen, Surveyors - everyone was busy hunting and gathering. 

 

     But then came the Crash.  The Earthquake caused home values and prices to plummet 25%, 50%, and even 75%.  The Volcano - the financial meltdown - came when the Banks said, "we are broke, we have no more money to lend... we need a bailout".   The Landscape was devastated, the show was over.

     Now, we must unite together, like the Rock People and the Shell People, to restore the American Real Estate Market

Sellers' attitudes about List Price:

A fantasy from One Million Years ago?   Sellers whose properties have dropped in value by 25% or 50% need to quit living in 2005.   Your house is only worth what your house is worth!

     Have we lost One Million Real Estate Agents from Before the Crash?  Maybe not that many (somebody check with NAR and let us know), .  But we all know that countless Agents have turned in their License and thrown in the towel.

   And the Rock People Real Estate Agents and the Shell People Real Estate Agents?  They are uniting together to make deals work, to find financing, to Sell their Listings, and to find homes for their Buyers.
