Revelation From the Word Comes and Abides with us Through Preaching and Teaching
We must preach and teach the Word of Christ.
The Bible says we must hide the Word in our hearts that we may not sin against Him, also "Let the Word of Christ dwell richly within you"...
As teachers of the Word, we will be judged more severely (James 3:1) if we don't consistently preach and teach the only message that will truly set people free. The Word is the only power that can set mankind free, because it is Spirit and it is Life. The sufferings of Christ were for our glory. The agony He suffered was intended to rescue us from a horrific fate and to empower us to follow God, love God and obey God, being imitators of Him as dear children (Ephesians 5:1).
May we as leaders rediscover the meaning of the Cross for ourselves so that we may encourage others with that powerful message and see their lives made fresh and new. We need to renew our minds in th Word, and not what the world teaches. As ministers, we should be the first to proclaim the only way to experience true spiritual freedom -- it comes through "nothing but the blood of Jesus and the Word of His testimony in our lives!"
We must hold up the Word as beacons of light in a lost and dying world. We must never forget that God has entrusted man to preach truth, no matter what the world says...even if they call us narrow minded.
Jesus is Lord, the only Lord, Christ the Anionted, The Soon Coming King, Prince of Peace, the Only True Peace...
Lord, I love Him so...Come Quickly Lord Jesus!
