As we come to the end of the year the Frederick Real Estate market looked like this in 2007.

Currently there are still 1117 active residential listings and 105 under contract with a Frederick Maryland address.

For all of 2007, 1608 homes sold, having an average sales price of $329,362 and average Days on the Market for the property of 113 days. The lowest sold property was for $115,000 and the highest at $1,642,500.

The # of sold units is down considerably from the past few years.

  • 2006- 2317 Sold
  • 2005- 2926 Sold
  • 2004- 2978 Sold
  • 2003- 2788 Sold

Although the average sales price is only down just under $10K from 2006.

  • 2006- $338,016
  • 2005- $323,092
  • 2004- $262,658
  • 2003- $215,838
