3214 Radiance in Louisville gets New Windows

The big news at 3214 Radiance, Louisville KY this week was the installation of new windows throughout the house including the basement.  The windows have made a marked improvement from both inside and outside the house. They look modern, open and close easily, and are double paned with Argon gas inside.

This is a picture from one of the bedrooms looking out.  You can see the two new windows that were just installed.  The new ceiling fans are up and operational in all of the bedrooms.  And, we have a fresh coat of “Ponytail” on the walls.

In the basement of 3214 Radiance, the windows again have made a huge difference in overall appearance.  In this picture, you can see 3 of the windows and the wainscoting look.  The doors will be to the basement bedroom, bathroom, and utility room.  To the right of this picture, we will have a doorway going under the steps into the laundry room.

The basement bathroom is really starting to take shape.  As you can see in the picture, the ceramic tile floor has been laid and grout has been set.  Instead of using panels for the shower, we have sprung for the extra expense and laid ceramic time for the shower walls as well.  You can see that we are using green “mold resistant” drywall in the bathroom.  The little white circle in the floor to the left is the backflow preventer.

There were a couple of open houses in Highgate Springs this past weekend.  They were not near as nice as what The Dobbs Team in Louisville KY are doing. This week we are getting new wood floors in parts of the house and the rest refinished. We are anxious to get this project finished and put it on the Louisville MLS market.
