And It Is All California Grown Hi Myrl, now this is something to brag about. Beautiful roses and produce. Once again I am reminded how blessed we truly are and it is all California grown!
WOW, Myrl - look at those beautiful flowers and those strawberries - yummy - my mouth is watering.
Myrl,
Those purple angel face roses are delightful. They have a wonderful fragrance, and oh your pictures as usual are superb, have a great week. We are supremely blessed to live in California, A
John - For me, it is always Saturday mornings, that set the world straight once again. I am certain it is the ability to attend these great marketplaces, and once again restock the refrigerator for the coming week. I also picked up some fresh Fava Beans to have with a fine Chianti. . .tsk, tsk!
Juli - The strawberries were jump off the table gorgeous, and really really fresh and sweet.
Alexandra - While all the flowers were absolutely gorgeous this week, the purple roses were absolutely my favorites. And you're right about their fragrance.
Myrl, all the roses are gorgeous and the strawberries looks tempting and fresh. Buying local to support the community is a good practice.
Love the flower shots. Those strawberries on the other hand, are making me hungry.
Amazing photos. they make the flowers and fruits come alive. I must say that California has the best artichoke dip I have ever tasted. Must be the freshness because it beats even the artichokes shipped here to MD from your great state.
Hi Myrl! Those strawberries look so good - I can almost taste them now! Beautiful pictures!
Kwee - You're absolutely right. In addition to buying local providing the freshest of produce, we are able to support the community.
Chris Ann - I bought a 1/2 flat of the strawberries, and they were so sweet.
Martha - I've very fond of the artichoke dip too. We have a local grocer that provides a fresh version of it in the deli.
Rose - I'm glad you like them. I hope you are having a wonderful week!
Those are amazing photos Myrl!!! I need to definitely get to my local farmers market a bit more!!
Wow! Thanks for sharing your beautiful photographs. Dolores always like to take me to farmer's markets.
Have an outstanding week, with your camera in hand.

Myrl, what beautiful roses and those strawberries look simply delicious.
Wonderful shots Myrl! Those strawberries just jump out and make me want to grab a few. Lucky you for living somewhere that has these fabulous farmers markets. We have them too... in the summer.
