Today’s View – May 01, 2012 – Aspen Hill – Detached Homes

This is a market report for detached and semi-detached homes in Silver Spring, Md. 20906, commonly known as Aspen Hill.  Not included in this report are those homes in the senior citizen community of Rossmoor. At the time of this report (05/01/12) there are 69 such homes on the market FOR SALE, 92 under contract, and another 35 that have sold in the last 30 days.

Two Bedrooms

There is only one two-bedroom detached home in this report area for sale. This home is listed for $500,000 and has been on the market for year and a half (544 days).

 

Five two-bedroom detached or semi-detached homes in this report area are under some form of contract at this time.  The last known list price of these homes ranged from $45,000 to $185,000, with the median price being $170,000.  The days on market for these homes ranges from a day to three weeks (21 days) with the median being two weeks (14 days).
