Rocklin, Ca—This property has been very desirable from day one when I received 10 offers in the first 3 days on the market, some offers even $25,000 over asking price of $449,000. The good news is the Sellers can move on & start a new chapter in their lives & the buyers long over due wait paid off to get them the home of their dreams. Today was a great day.
