I wouldn't want to try to face my day without my IPAD2

When my IPAD2 arrived last year, I thought it would be cool to use it to check email and read the morning news each day.  Little did I know that this little gadget would become such an important part of every day for me.

I start the day as planned, a cup of coffee sitting in a comfy chair by the fireplace and start with checking the weather, then local news, then national news.

Then we move on to check the MLS database and see what's new on the market, who put what under agreement, price changes etc.

Of course I check into Active Rain and read a few blogs, make some comments and think about what I might post later in the day.

If I have a listing appointment, the IPAD goes in my purse as I will use it on the appointment to show them how savvy we are at Brin Realty.

Not too long ago we were going on a road trip.  I have never had Navigation in our vehicles, so I checked to see if there was an APP for the iPad, yessiree there is.  I downloaded it for free and the IPAD works just like a navigation system, you can even change the voice that speaks to you...unreal.

If I am watching a football game, you can be sure the IPAD is on my lap as I will do a quick search when I don't understand what that penalty meant or what's his stats?

Improvements they could make to the IPAD to make it a "complete and only" go to tool.

1.  Add a phone option

2.  Put a better camera in it (it takes grainy photos)

3. ADD FLASH!!

4.  Would be great if you could Text from it

I just love this lightweight and handy computer, its a 10 to me.

I have been trying to talk myself into one "for the business" of course. But it sounds like the Ipad2 would be beneficial.

Dear Rene -

Your comments are so on target. The electronics are capable of so many tasks. I love the idea of the navigation feature - I have an Android not an "i" but it is still great.

Have a happy day -
Lynn

Great post Rene, lots of cool apps, I love my android tablet too, and use very similar apps.  If you would like to text from this, try installing google voice and you should be able to text from your ipad.

I just got my first ipad, the ipad3.  While I am still new to it, I am in love already.  And, FYI-the camera and video is now HD!
