Realtor Rhonda Lehnen of Ocean View Realty Group listed a first floor 1 bedroom condo at Bellair that just sold. The owner had some work done to 
make the unit more presentable prior to listing but it sat on the market for quite a while with no offers. seems folks could not see what the condo would really look like since it was totally vacant. Realtor Rhonda Lehnen on many occasions tried to get the owner to agree to a price reduction to increase the chances of an offer and a sale but the owner stood on his asking price and refused to go any lower. The asking price was a little higher than the free market analysis Realtor Rhonda provided the owner.
