22 Comments on Some People Just Like For Us To Make Them Homeless!
Steve, Just didn't want to go with "Another Liz Spear Team of RE/MAX Elite Listing SOLD!" :) And they've moved in with her parents for now, fitting in two rooms about the size of their previous master bedroom. We'll be looking soon!
John, It's always great to make those long term relationships. Not just for the increased business, but because people like Cathy & Steve are a lot of fun too. We've shared many laughs working with them!
Congratulations to Steve and Cathy as well as Bill and Liz. If you're looking to be homeless in Mason, OH, give the Liz Spear Team a call!
Good morning Bill and Liz. I just love your title. It doesn't get much better. You do such a great and creative job. I'd let you make me homeless. Suggested.
Love it...our job...to make people homeless and find them home again lol :)!! Too cool and I know your sellers are pleased with your service once again! Congrats!
Joni, We've been doing our best to make our clients "homeless" for over a decade :)
Sheila, We have to be creative in today's competitive environment. Have to make ourselves and our clients stand out :)
Brenda, That's our job in a nutshell. Sometimes it works out that they move straight from the home we sold to one we helped them buy, but often there's a gap between the two. The good news is this makes them a stronger buyer for their next place. Nothing to sell, no unusual contingencies!
Congratulations! Your clients are lucky to have you.
Susan, And we lucky to have them :)
That's awesome BLiz! We are finally starting to see repeat clients. Great story and that truly reflects on how good you to are at what you do.
Repeat clients are awesome. There is already a built in trust from working with each other from the times before. Congratulations on that!
I can see why this beautiful home sold with your great real estate marketing ideas, BLIZ. And, the fact your clients keep coming back to you says that your ARE good agents - you really know how to take care of your clients. Great job.
BLiz: Repeat business is always great. Congrats to you for closing another home and kudos to your clients for choosing The Liz Spear Team!
Jared, It is pretty sweet to finally be hitting that repeat cycle. Most of our first clients left the area, so not much opportunity for helping them again. Which was tougher on building the business too, because it wasn't a sell then buy. Lately the trend has reversed and most sellers are staying in the area.
Jennifer, True! We've already got the relationship. Do the job well the first time and just make sure to stay in touch after.
Juli, We take our customer service pretty seriously. If we can't sell your home today, at least we can provide solid service while we're working on getting that buyer.
Anita, LOVE repeat business!
Don't you just love those buyers who suddenly appear, ready to do it all over again.
They are my favorite home buyers. We can get right down to work.
Very cool story............congratulations on the closing.
Liz and Bill
Sounds like a success story to me, congratulations.
Good luck and success.
Lou Ludwig
Lenn, You have to love it! You know them, they know you, and we all know how we operate to get the job done :)
Roger, Great folks to work with!
Lou, Definitely a success story. Love working with these folks and others like them. You look forward to their calls.
Good morning Liz and Bill,
Cute title, fun blog - in this case, homeless is a good thing!
Lisa, In this case it certainly is! We gave them exactly what they wanted :)
Valerie, Definitely! HUGE home for the sales price of $253k.
