There are hundreds of country clubs throughout the Coachella Valley offering wonderful amenities like golf, tennis, and social memberships. One of my personal favorites is a small country club in the City of La Quinta.
Palm Royale Country Club is a 354 residential condominium community that is surrounded by a beautiful 18-hole golf course. There are 6 condominium enclaves, all overlooking the golf course, that feature their own tropical style pools and Jacuzzis.
There are one and two bedroom condominiums, each with a beautiful view of the challenging 18-hole par 3 golf course designed by Ted Robinson. There are also four regulation hard surface tennis courts located on the property.
Conveniently located near the intersection of Fred Waring Drive and Washington Street in La Quinta, California, Palm Royale Country Club offers residents a golf membership as part of the homeowner’s dues priced at $350 per month. The course allows golfers to walk the course (a rare find in the desert).
Condominiums range in price from $95,000 for a one bedroom, one bath unit to $212,000 for a two bedroom, two bath, upper unit. There are currently only two units available at the writing of this article. The first is a one bedroom, one bath, standard sale on the second floor priced at $139,000 located at 78445 Magenta Drive.
