Wordless Wednesday - Mt. Adams & Spring Orchards

All that recent spring rain has turned the Hood River Valley almost impossibly green and lush. It's no wonder spring is my favorite time of the year here. The beautiful Mt. Adams, towering over the orchard filled valley to the north, doesn't hurt the view, either.

That view is breath-taking. I wish there were places like that in the area. It would be nice to come to work if That is what I saw out the window instead of the parking lot! Haha.

I'm ready for my Hood River apples, they are so much better than what is in the stores right now.

Hi Gretchen,

What an awesome picture of the Oregon area with Mt. Hood in the background. Who could resist such a great area to move to.

Thanks for all the compliments, everyone!

Stacy, I used my little digital Sony Cyber Shot. It's amazing what those little cameras can do!

Kristin, This shot is actually Mt. Adams. You can see both Hood and Adams from our valley. Hood is taller and more pointed.
