There are three counties bordering Lake Anna in Central Virginia. They are Louisa, Spotsylvania, and Orange Counties. Detached waterfront homes generally begin in the $400,000s and range as high as $2,000,000+ while townhomes generally run between $300,000 to below $400,000.
