Bonaire Georgia Real Estate Market Report – April 2012

There is plenty of good news for buyers looking for Bonaire Real Estate...With just over 7 months of inventory, there are plenty of great homes for sale in several price points!  It is obvious Spring is in the air as sales were up in April (22 homes sold), another good indicator that buyers are purchasing homes and not just looking.   

The good news for sellers is that homes that sell are retaining their value quite well, with an average sales price to list price ratio of 98.3% for April 2012 and nearly 98.7% over the last 12 months. The average sales price remains steady at nearly $209K as well.

A quick comparison of April 2011 and April 2012 shows sold home prices in Bonaire GA are up almost $25K and the number of sales has increased by 14%. These are good indicators the Bonaire real estate market is headed in the right direction.
