Hello, Thanks for stopping by. Well a quick update:

- We sent out to rental communities a flyer inviting them to the workshop

- we used USPS Every Door Direct Mailer, so postage costs .14 cents a piece

- We're using KW 8 step presentation

- we invited a mortgage specialist, title company, home inspector and insurance agent.

- also used eventbrite.com for registration, posting on craigslist, trulia, ActiveRain, etc...

Now to practice presentation, how time flies.
