Talk about a buyers market? Kailua Kona Real Estate, Condo sales

Not to waste to much of your time, just ran some quick figures for a client, and was a little surprised by the outcome!

Currently we have 394 Condos for sale in North Kona (mostly Kailua Kona) - and for the month of December - as of today 12/31/07 - only 14 have sold!

With that I will leave you with a photo of Mauna Kea yesterday - what a treat living here, We left our 80 degree weather, took a 2 hour car ride, and played in the snow

I live here on Maui and look over to see the snow. It is very different seeing snow any time here in Hawaii.

wow! Incredible stats, and what an inredible place to live! I love Kona Coffee, so I think its time I took a trip out to visit!

Gary - Even for me! We make it a point to visit Mauna Kea every year, and we try to bring a truckload back with us - we have built a few snowmen in front of our Kona home and it amazes me at the amount of people living here that have never even touched the snow or been up there to see it!
