The next longest stretch of days on the market was 51, which is still pretty good!

That brings the average percentage of list price received at sale to 100.43% for the neighborhood. The average percentage of list price received at sale for all of Fishers in March 2012 was 96.61%
It's easy to see why Covington Estates is one of Fishers' best-selling neighborhoods. It has a super convenient location off of 96th Street, beautiful wooded lots, great neighborhood amenities, and affordable home prices. And you can walk to Starbucks! It really doesn't get better than that!
