Walnut Creek Success Story: STAGED ~ Listed ~ SOLD in 1 Week!

In early April my home staging company, Sensational Home Staging, was asked to do a Home Staging Consultation at the home of a young family in Walnut Creek. They were the proud new parents of infant TWIN boys and were packing to move about 30 miles away.

When the appointment was scheduled they explained their plan was to leave behind any furniture that could be used to stage the home and all else would be off to their new home. Sounded good....and was even better when I arrived for the consult and found beautiful Restoration Hardware furniture, rugs, bedding and lighting!

My plan.....use as much of their Restoration Hardware inventory as possible PLUS add key Art & Accessories from our vast inventory of unique decor!

The Result:

Home Staged ~ Monday April 23rd
Broker Tour ~ Tuesday April 24th
Open House ~ Sunday April 29th
SOLD ~ Monday April 30th

These new parents can now rest a little easier and enjoy their new home.....and new babies!
