Wind Farm In Virginia Approved

Have you heard?  The state has approved Virginia's first commercial wind-energy farm.  The farm is to be built on two mountains in Highland county near the West Virginia border.  The area is known as Virginia's "Switzerland".  The state has imposed very strict environmental safeguards and I wonder if investors will be interested because of the strict standards.  If built, the wind farm could provide up enough electricity to power 12,000 homes in a green way.
