We guess this says it all. It's a testimonial we received from our clients and thought it really speaks to Creative Solutions To Save The Deal.

This was an Estate sale and the family member who was representing the sale was out of the country. Negotiations became a complex matter. We wanted this house but the seller didn't really care if he sold it or not. He didn't need the money and took his time making decisions and returning phone calls, texts and emails. We on the other hand really wanted this house and thought it would be the perfect place to call home.  But we needed to move quickly. Our house was sold and the other family buying our house wanted to move fast too.
 
We were going to give up and look for someplace to maybe rent because we didn't want to lose the sale on our house. But we didn't have to because Larry and Sheila were there for us.
 
It became difficult to reach the seller and the seller's attorney didn't seem to care either. Larry and Sheila didn't give up. They were vigilant in getting this deal done for us and made phone call after phone call to get us this house. They were in touch with the seller many times and they were persistent in talking with the attorney. They arranged for all the documents to be signed, the inspections to be made, getting repairmen to fix some necessary last minute details like the heat and air conditioner and electrical problems. And then there was the alarm that went off in the middle of the night that Larry went to check out. They went back and forth to the house to meet all the repairmen at all hours of the day and night. And then there was the break-in during this time so they had to deal with the visits from the insurance company, the police and locksmith! All the while they kept us completely in the loop during the whole process.
 
We must add that we met Larry And Sheila after an unsatisfactory experience with another agent. What a difference!  They both certainly fulfilled all our expectations and more. They were  professional and fun and a pleasure to deal with and in the end, they made this difficult task a pleasant experience and we got the house that we almost gave up on because of them"  Ricki & Tim
 
We weren't sure if this deal was actually going to happen for our clients, but through diligence we made it through another Real Estate journey!

Oh, wow. I actually could have written this post myself. I've had the exact same situation occurring for the last 14 months and it's only now, all this time later, that there's finally an end in sight. Really nice of your clients to put it down on paper. I had my homeowner acknowledge how hard I worked and how "I really put my whole heart into it" but that was said in a phone conversation.
