Making New Year resolutions is a waste of time, if you aren't committed to taking action on them.
Most people write resolutions for a New Year hoping it will help them have a better year. Reality is -- if there is not an action plan for implementing them, they are simply words to ease your conscience.
Richard has always been an inspiration to me. I hope these thoughts he shared will help everyone plan, prepare and be passionate about taking action and changing this business for the best next year!
