Another pound lost....yahoo!!!

Another stressful week too...but I am coping without the usual need to grab food as my painkiller...a few more weeks of this diet and maybe I will be able to completely eliminate that need.

Had to go to a fancy restaurant yesterday for lunch...it was interesting ordering a plain side salad, without the bacon, egg, cheese, croutons or olives.....the waiter really had a hard time understanding what I wanted...I noticed when you order something fairly blah for lunch, you have more time to converse and be a part of the table conversation.  

Approaching the weekend...a change in scheduling...my most fearful days, as it may be easier to cheat...however the scale is truly keeping me on track.

And....nothing tastes as good as good health feels!

I am so proud of you. It truly is hard to be successful when dieting. I eat out a lot and I know what you mean about the ordering. I have eaten so much grilled chicken and plain salads that I almost feel like I might crow. When you are successful in loosing weight it really mskes you feel good about your self control.

Shar:  What a "trooper" you are.  I am envious of your will power... or more correctly, of your "won't" power.

Also... Active Rain suggests you include each post in the maximum of five Active Rain groups.  If you did that, at least for this post, your potential readership could increase by up to 150%.  Just a friendly suggestion.

Oh good girl...and it's rewarding. I went from a size 12 to a size 6 in a year. It's a total change of lifestyle...it feels great too.
