                     What a good blog and so true. I had a friend ask me where to invest in real estate in the US. Wow what a question. I told it depended what kind of real estate, what he meant as an investment, where he wanted to buy, what he wanted out of his investment, did he ever want to move here and move in? I have not heard back..unless you know that area's market and what the investor wants no way to answer such a  question same thing with the worth of a property so many different factors go into it. I hope you guys have a great weekend!
