 This is the full page ad that will appear in the local Franklin MA newspaper for the month of May.  This newspaper is mailed to every Franklin MA home.  I changed the theme to reflect the fact that “we focus on Franklin properties.”  It’s important for Franklin MA homeowners to realize that all of our listings, with the exception of one or two homes, are located in the Town of Franklin.

Franklin is our niche market.  We are never more than a few minutes away to service our listings; we’re available if an agent needs to be accompanied without notice; and we have a variety of inventory to attract many buyers including new construction in the town of Franklin.

Barbara,  Some sellers don't realize the value of close proximity, while others consider it essential.  I consider it essential for both me and my customers.  I'd rather refer a listing to another agent who is more familiar with that area or can access and service the customers better than I can.  Service is important!
