The time is here to renew some things.
One of those things is your membership with the Real Estate Buyer's Agency Council. If you are an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) surely you recieved your renewal mailing by now.
Reading that mailer, you might have learned that you, as a member, can recieve a 5% discount off the annual dues of $110 IF you renew your membership by midnight TONIGHT!
According to my renewal sheet and probably yours too, the membership expires on December 31, 2007 at midnight.
Get your 5% discount now! HURRY....you have about 1 hour and 10 minutes as of this posting.
Remember to use the ABR designation according to Rebac's rules you must be an up-to-date member of the council and the National Association of Realtors.
It's really easy to renew. I did mine in about 2 minutes.

Log in
Submit your all important credit card information
and WA-LA! You're done!
Be SURE to print your receipt for tax purposes, a membership renewed before midnight can be counted towards 2007 tax returns.
