Teaching "The Six Personal Perspectives" from KW University here in Ocean City, New Jersey

At various times since Keller Williams took over the old French Real Estate, Inc. at #1 Atlantic Avenue in Ocean City, New Jersey; I have run across in my reading and noticed "The Six Personal Perspectives" and wanted to find out more about them.  When I went to the Family Reunion, I again heard about them.  Recently, our Team Leader was looking for some additional programs for our monthly schedule of instruction for KW agents.  I was in one of those occasional down times when not a lot was going right in real estate.  Often I select a good business book to read to pick up some pointers or motivation to get back in the fight.  This time I thought I learn all about these "perspectives (in KW terms "the foundational perspectives to propel you to the highest level of achievement."

And my thought was that the best way to learn is to teach ... so I volunteered to spent 7 hours over seven Thursdays covering an Orientation plus a session each on the six personal perspectives.  We had four at our first session including our Broker.  We had four others indicate an interest and a conflict with the first session, so we hope they will make some of the rest.

The instructional nature of KW works well with my own personal background and training.  I spent 32 years in the public schools in Pennsylvania before getting into real estate here in Ocean City (NJ) and have enjoyed another 19 years to date here.  I love teaching and learning ... and I was also a High School Principal for 17 years ... that was a lot of learning as well.

The Six Personal Perspectives are:  (1) Commit to Self-Mastery, (2) Commit to the 80/20 Principle, (3) Move from "E" to "P," (4) Make Being "Lerning Based" the Foundation of Your Action Plan, (5) Remove your "Limiting Beliefs," and (6) Be Accountable.

Of course, like all the other instructional tools with Keller Williams; I was able to download an Instructor's Manual and the participants can do the same with a Student Manual.  The emphasis on instruction is one of the most important aspects of the KW Program for me personally.  If you have any questions, give me a call or email.   dap
