Morris Farm is one of my favorite communities along the Linton Hall corridor. It was built around a 45 acre nature conservancy where you could sit and read a book in peace and quiet, or take a walk.  And this one of my favorite floor plans in the community. It's a Parkdale carriage home built by Brookfield Homes. Its charm starts with the covered front porch, which in this case, boasts a porch swing.  The hallmark of a carriage home is the detached two car garage in the rear of the home. This garage is accessed by a private driveway off the street, rather than the less desirable shared back alley.
