From 1/1/06 to 12/31/06 - 166 Homes Sold - Ave. Price $ 97,248 - Ave. Days On Market was 85
Home sales in Clarksville declined in 2006 following the National trend. The number of homes sold dropped 17% while the average sales price also fell by almost 6%. The one bright note is that homeowners are needing less time to get their homes sold. The average Days On Market went from 112 in 2005 to 85 in 2006.
