The day started promptly after the second cup of coffee. No time for danish this morning, real estate practice would not wait. Frankly most of the day was a blur.
Meeting with contractors, checking on rental units, showings, and did I mention the closing that almost died because the buyer signed "Inc." instead of "LLC"? But that's a rant for tomorrow...
Wanting nothing more than the couch and a cold Abita Beer, I was shocked to learn that the family was headed to the ballpark this evening. So here I sit typing a blog post at 9:30pm. Sweaty, exhausted, and nothing left in the tank. But that escrow did close! Anyone else have a busy day??
