50 Comments on Home Staging Tips in Palm Beach County- Price, Condition and Location Helped this West Palm Beach Home Sell in 3 Weeks!
Kathy, that is just awesome. Perfect example of a way to make the home shine for the prospective buyer.
When we bought our home it was all white and very cold feeling. My wife was first turned off and did not really like it.
Then we saw two similar homes that had color somewhat like what you have and nicely staged. I told her now imagine the first home with these colors and the bulb went off. But some people can not see that and that is where someone with your skill set is so valuable.
Great job.
As always, the staging made such a huge difference. And as always with your staging photos, I would want to buy the place furnished as you've done it! Another score!
Gretchen
Good Evening Kathy, Those are some beautiful pictures, i have to say you have definately taught me alot and gave me a whole new view of staging. Have a great evening
Hi Kathy,
You definitely turned this challenging home from EERIE to EERIE-SISTIBLE. LOL You really showed how staging can bring interest to a home where otherwise buyers might be scared away. I love the color of paint and the colors you used in the living room were exactly what this home needed! Great job as always Kathy... you always offer 5 Star Room Service!
Kathy:
I could look at the entry for days and still not come up with the arrangement you created. Such simple steps which turned the area into a dramatic entry.
Kathy - Price, condition, location and making the home look its best all make sense to me.
Morning Kathy another star on the wall. Congrats on the feature that is becoming almost a weekly occurrence. Enjoy the day
Kathy, the before and after pics are great. I love the wrinkley carpet picture :) Congrats on the feature!
Kathy - great pics and a really great idea for rooms which are oddly shaped. So many people have a problem imagining their own things in a particular room.
Your exceptional staging vision and reputation for getting the job done turned a house on the market into a SOLD home! I will continue to remind our local sellers you provide remote services.
Hi Wayne- Those large and long rooms need defining and this is where we can help.
Morgan- If you think about it one of the first questions that a buyer will ask themselves when they see a family room, for example, is "where will the television go?"
Karen- thank you and could I hand you a microphone to shout it out???
Donald- thank you and you were wise to show your wife those houses. Color can be so effective in setting a mood. When I first saw this house that's exactly what struck me was how cold everything seemed with those all white walls.
Gretchen- many thanks. In fact, the buyers bought the entry table as well as another table in the house.
Scott- I'm glad I could show you what staging can achieve. Hope you have a good week, and btw...it's hot here in Delray !
Linda- hello!!! Love your twist on the words eerie and errie-sistible. One of my favorite looks is taupe on the walls with white trim.
Tammie- I love having to work with what's there, and that carpet was a challenge.
Evelyn- oh, come on... you would have decorated it beautifully!
Christine- absolutely... they all need to be present!
James- thank you! I've been very fortunate but more than the gold star is I hope you enjoy reading my post!
Eric- Thank you! We would like to have had new flooring but you can't get everything.
Juli- I think we all do... even those in the business. Sometimes you just need a fresh pair of eyes.
Emily- many thanks. Even with a consultation, sellers can make a big difference in getting their home sold by making the changes we suggest.
These are GREAT examples, Kathy! I especially like how the master turned out.
Congratulations. Your home staging is being featured in the group Staging Before and After Pictures.
Kathy
Wow Kathy, what a transformation, I need someone like you in my homes, your staging seems to make All the difference in these photos.
Great job, those rooms look much more appealing well furnished and attractively decorated.
This post clearly shows how important photography is in the sale of the home. The before shots are do nothing at all to sell the home. The after shots are much more professional. Great job!!
Almost missed this one! Fabulous transformation, Kathy! That table in the entry really helped to diffuse the blue carpet in the room behind it! Prior to adding the furniture, all I saw was that carpet!
Kathy -Thank you so much for the Group Feature. We actually weren't sure it was the Master Bedroom until we couldn't find any other room that could have been it.
Bob- Not sure where you are, but I'll bet there's a professional stager in your area.
Leslie- this was a good example of when Staging really can help. Long or unusually shaped room are hard for some people to "see."
Joni- absolutely. I've seen some MLS photos and I have to wonder what they were thinking.
Sharon- That's all I saw too, that and all those white walls!
Seems you're on a featured post roll. That has always been a problem with the featured posts and how they are chosen, but congratulations are in order nonetheless!
Hi Kathy, I know there are many agents that still believe that staging doesn't make a difference to the sale of a property. It's pretty obvious that your work does and will help any property to sell, especially one with blue carpet and irregular shaped rooms. Inspiring work as always.
