7 Comments on Time is the one thing we need more of everyday
Longer days would be nice wouldn't it Lynn?
Glad to hear that ListingBooks help you.
Lynn, So glad ListingBook works so well for you and is a big time saving tool for you. If we had a 30 hour day we would soon feel we needed 40 hour days! Spending the time we have efficiently and effectively and saving the amount of time we spend is the key! Happy Days!
You have convinced me Lynn, I do need to figure out how to get my 30+ hours packed into that 24 hour day, and thanks for the entertaining intro to Listing book, I will check it out. thank you!
TOM - Hi! Thanks for stopping by.
Unfortunately, I think Kathleen (#2) is correct!
I’d be looking for more even if I had 30 hours!
KATHLEEN - OK - so you got me figured out!
BOB - Glad you enjoyed this post. Nice of you to come by!
Have a happy day -
Lynn
Lynn, Seems it's been working for you and whatever does the trick is worth it. Haven't found the value yet, but maybe will give it another try...Enjoy the day!
I am considering upgrading to "pro." The clients that use it, love it!...and are actually addicted to it. Well that could be a bad thing ? :-) ?
If I really market it and utilize the features, I am sure it will help grow my business.
Dear Dee,
I believe that the payments to four companies make for my success.
1st - Activerain.com
On AR, I get free classes and an amazing community to boot.
2nd - ixactcontact.com (If you try that use the promo code: ODAT to get bonus weeks.)
If I cannot manage my contacts with a CRM (Client Relationship Management), I cannot keep up with all the details. They even upload all the Client lists. They offer newsletters and SOLD cards, track all mass mailings, have letter templates for almost EVERY situation.
3rd - ListingBook.com
I use "canned responses" for the first reply to folks in which I offer them access to ListingBok. Then if they respond, I write a personal letter. Saves lots of time.
4th - Zillow.com
Lots of free classes and lots of lead exposure. Some amazing Client opportunities and some really awful time-waster phone calls.
Good luck to you!
Have a happy day -
Lynn
