Lisa and Bob -- yes, Spring is here and while we know the season is finite(at least according to the calendar)....no one knows how long mortgage interest rates will remain at or near historic lows.   The problem in our market is inventory of homes available for sale, we definitely need more!    Hope all is going well for you in Bergen County.  Have a great week ahead.
