Here is another in our series of past brochures. This is a large home in Encinitas, and has one of the biggest fifth bedrooms I have seen; it's perfect for a game room.
That is one of my favorite pole pictures. It really communicates the size and setting for the home. I wish they were all that good.
This brochure was photographed right in 2006 right before we bought our new Canon 5D. You can see that the ballasters on the stairway are slightly fuzzy; this would have been very crisp if we had photographed it with our new camera. It was a challenging photo shoot because the home was empty, and photographing rooms with nothing in them can be really boring. Positioning is everything so you get a sense of space and layout.
