There were 179 homes for sale in Murrieta CA that closed (sold) during the past 30 days with a median home price of $250,000 and an median price-per-square-foot of $106.45, according to the California Regional MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

Last month, 171 single family houses for sale closed with a median sales price of $245,000 and a median price-per-square-foot of $104.54. One year ago, 173 single family houses for sale closed with a median sales price of $250,000 and a median price-per-square-foot of $104.85.*
