I am really pleased to post this home brochure.  We sold the home in just a few weeks.  It was an older home in Olivenhain, but on a fantastic lot.  The front picture says it all, and the positioning of the camera for this picture was very important.  It was up on the hill away from the home, but it really communicated the value proposition for the home which was the awesome lot and view.

The owner had personally planted that pepper tree, so he was incredibly happy with the cover photo. I should comment that I used my powerful 580EX flash to pop the tree branch colors so that the limbs/leaves were illuminated; it made for a nice look. Here's the interior:

The wood soaked up a lot of light...it was not so easy to shoot.  Of the photos, the living room is definitely my favorite.  The light coming off the leather sofa looks so warm and cozy.  You just want to sit down and have a cup of coffee!

Almost a mill for that property!  Don't get me wrong, you guys made it look probably as good as it is going to look, but man o'man that's a lot of money for a home like that.  "Every market is local."  I guess there is a reason I hear so many people saying this.  In my area (North Metro Atlanta) a million dollars would get you an insanely nice home, especially further north.  How big is the lot?  Is this one of those deals where the Buyer would tear-down and build new or what?  Great job nonetheless, I'm sure the homeowners appreciate your skills.

In this case, I think Margaret successfully negotiated a full price offer earlier this year.  If it wasn't exactly full price, it was very close.  I just don't completely remember.  Olivenhain is a very nice area, just west of Rancho Santa Fe, and it has the same kind of feel going on there.
