There were 179 homes for sale in Murrieta CA that closed (sold) during the past 30 days with a median home price of $250,000 and an median price-per-square-foot of $106.45, according to the California Regional MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

Murrieta CA Condo Prices - Median: $120,000; Median SqFt: $91.88, May 3, 2012

There were 58 condos and townhomes for sale in Murrieta CA that closed (sold) during the past 90 days with a median home price of $120,000 and an median price-per-square-foot of $91.88, according to the California Regional MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
