Paul you are so right sadly we have in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood and Malibu to name a few even in higher price points.

Endre: Homes like this in Los Angeles, one of the most popular areas to live, in the world ~ are being bought and sold for record low prices. When the market returns and this majestic property is, "brought back to life", the investor will double or triple his investment!

What a beauty. There was just an article in the local paper about this "post-modern" beauties, and there is an actual group of investors here that buy them to keep them from being destroyed. That was one smart investor!
