MONTCLAIR is the closest planned community to Quantico. Its' major attraction is the 107 acre lake and moderately priced homes. There are three other very attractive communities just a few minutes farther north. The largest is LAKE RIDGE, followed by WESTRIDGE and finally OLD BRIDGE ESTATES

Additionally, PRINCE WILLIAM FOREST PARK is the massive National Park adjoining Quantico that offers many camping and outdoor activities to satisfy the most ardent outdoor enthusiast. PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY PARKS are diverse and well managed.
You may want to consider STAFFORD COUNTY which is just a bit south of Prince William County.

Been 20 years since I was at Quantico and back then we didn't get to "camp" in the National park, we basically "camped" when and where they instructed us.LOL
