New Hampshire Home Stager Product Review - The Xtend & Climb Telescoping Ladder

I rely on product reviews from consumers when I'm looking to purchase.  It's helpful to hear the pros and cons from someone who has used the product, so....

When I find a great product, I like to share it with others.

My latest "great product" is the Xtend & Climb ladder.

My husband bought the ladder for access to our attic.  Our new home only has an opening to the attic, no drop-down stairs.  He wanted a ladder that's compact and easy to store since it wouldn't be used often.

Little did he know just how often he would be using this ladder!

The Xtend & Climb ladder extends and locks, by the foot, to whatever height you need it to be.

It's storable, transportable, lightweight and very easy to use!

This ladder would be great for Home Staging...so many ways you could use it to prepare your house for sale.

Not only is it great for attic access....

it's already been used to repair the gutters, touch up some paint, and build the new shed.

If you are looking for a true telescoping ladder,

I highly recommend the Xtend & Climb!!

We got ours at Amazon.com, but they are available at Sherwin Williams stores nationwide.

The inspectors I use have these ladders, and I've always been fascinated at how they are used. Glad you posted about this. Certainly a ladder that a homeowner should keep handy.

Roger:  Oh sure, let's bring that up!  LOL!  It's not as if I'm not reminded constantly!

Fernando:  Yes you can!  It's very convenient!

Sally:  I don't remember what we paid, but it was about $175 - $200.

Ellen:  I noticed on their website that they have a great little step stool too.  Rolls around, but locks in place when you step on it.  I may give that a try.

Janice:  I find reviews very helpful, more so when coming from someone I actually know.

Sheila:  Oh sure, egg him on!  I will keep finding more things to do....owning a home is like that...endless projects!

Pacita:  I think the inspector we used had one too.  I'm glad the post was helpful!

Al & Peggy:  We evidently got ripped off...or the bag is bought separately because we didn't get one.  Oh well, still love the ladder.

Alexandra:  You are very welcome!

Sharon, thanks for sharing. I will definitely consider when will be ready for the new one. For now I am using the one that folds into the "W"  but it's little heavy and it's not easy to manipulate with. It is either ladder or me who is getting old LOL.

Hi Sharon, a great handy item to have around the house for those chores. No excuses now.

Sharon, it,s good to have the right tools at hand, this ladder looks light weight in addition to being easily stored and transported. I admit, I've never seen a ladder like this before.

Anna:  Well it can't possibly be you who is getting old!  It must be that ladder of yours!

Irene:  Very handy!  Sorry I took away your excuses, LOL!

Silvia:  The one we got is "industrial" and not exactly light weight.  They have different models though.

Shar:  I bet he would love it!

Kenneth:  Seems to be popular with the inspectors.

Sharon -- this looks like the best ladder!  My days of climbing on anything higher than a step ladder are over, but for most household uses, this one seems to do it all.

OMG! Another thing I will have to check out.

If you have a second, read my latest blog on your "original review of the Haan".

I cannot get enough of it!

Maureen:  I'm not one for climbing ladders either...I leave that up to my husband whenever possible.

Lydie:  I'm so happy to hear how much you love your Haan.  I will head over to your blog now!

Yeah, I've seen those and think they're great.  Several termite and property inspectors use them out here.

Sharon- I have no idea how I missed this one.  Since I don't like heights, I'm passing this video on to Larry.  BTW great idea blogging about these handy dandy home products!  And I like reading the reviews on products too.

Kathy:  You and me both!  I'm not a fan of heights either.  As for the "review" posts.... If I find a product I like, I share it.  I know when I'm considering buying something I like hearing what other people think of it first.

Sharon, great product review! I've seen those, but never in action! I will have to look at them again, especially because they are so portable!

Peg:  Of course it's easier to just have someone do all the climbing for you, but if you need a ladder, this one is a great choice!  LOL!
