This past week was another big week for Steamboat Springs and Routt County with $13,912,732 in gross sales and 27 whole ownersip transactions. Approximately one third of the closed transactions were distressed properties. Another $1,058,620 were fractional sales that were not included in the $13.9 million. The Treasurer's office shows the number of forclosure filings, 88, similar to last year at this time.
