Never have I ever been so glad to see a new year begin as I am for 2008. Although 2007 was another successful year for me and I am very grateful, 2007 just seemed to carry a certain funk with it that got old quickly. Already 2008 has started on a very positive note for me and the great agents at Realty World-Select. I personally ratified a full price contract, received two other contracts that hopfully will ratify tomorrow, and I listed two very nice properties! It has been a very busy and productive day! Of the other 8 agents in my office I know of two contracts written, one contract received, and two new listings. There just is not anything more exciting than seeing this kind of activity on the very first day of the year, especially after having a year like we just did! Regardless of what the negative naysayers come up with, I'm looking forward to a great 2008!
