Yes, great view, location and more - Basic cable, Internet, Hot/cold water, Total insurance are part of maintenance.
When I was in this unit - saw just water from each window. Priced to sell!
I am going to offer this unit to my customer - it is great view and good managment in Winston Towers 100.
Yes, great view, great location, great managment. Our buyers are not ready to pay extra $10,000. :)

For sure, real estate market in Sunny Isles Beach and in South Florida is very active.
Sunny Isles Beachis a beautiful oceanfront community located in the tropical paradise of South Florida.
On the ocean side of Sunny Isles Beachyou have the new luxury high-rise condos, and on the Intracoastal side there are many other smaller more affordable buildings to choose from.
The City of Sun and Sea, is located on a barrier island in the northeast corner of Miami-Dade County, bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Golden Beach lies to the North, Bal Harbour and Haulover Park are immediately to the south.
Sunny Isles Beach condos are rapidly changing the face of the city by bringing in a larger tax base for the city to improve existing infrastructure such as parks, schools, shopping and restaurants to name a few.
One of the best properties, great amenities, yes, great location - yes, what a great complex!
