Roger, We like the fact that it is closer to I-71 than many of the Maineville communities.  Avoid the traffic at the SR48/Rt 22/3 intersection by living here!

Leah, Here, 175-200k covers the median price for most of our area.  3-4 bedrooms in our typical communities.  Move far enough out in the country and we might include an acre or two or more for the same price.
