HARRY'S TOP FIVE REAL ESTATE INVESTING BOOKS

I am constantly reading about real estate investing. There are so many books to read on this subject. I completely understand why people become confused and frustrated. I have created the Real Estate and Beyond Network to assist people to invest in real estate. I have people come through my doors asking me if I have read this book and that book. I am a hands on person so I get in the car and structure the deal.

Here is my top 5 Real Estate Investing Books

  1. Rich Dad's Advisors®: The ABC's of Real Estate Investing: The Secrets of Finding Hidden Profits Most Investors Miss
  2. The Millionaire Real Estate Agent: It's Not About the Money...It's About Being the Best You Can Be!
  3. Rich Dad's Real Estate Advantages: Tax and Legal Secrets of Successful Real Estate Investors
  4. The Fundamentals of Listing and Selling Commercial Real Estate
  5. Investing in Duplexes, Triplexes, and Quads: The Fastest and Safest Way to Real Estate Wealth

What book would you add to this list? I would love to hear from the AR community.

Unless they say to check your locality FIRST for employment and stability of employment, I'm not sure these books are appropriate for this real estate market.

Those are certainly some good ones. We set up a library in my offcie, that clients can sign out books like these. Over the years the library has been a great hit. Many clients have added to the library.

Harry, I know The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, but not the others. Especially interested in the last two. Thanks for sharing!
