4 Comments on Why Does My Home Inspection Say I Need an Automatic Closer on My House to Garage Door?
Here it is the same( LA).
It is not an expensive fix, so it is better to listen to your inspector suggestion.
Great reminding Michelle, have a great closing!
I thought this was going to be about using the electronic system of newer cars to open garage doors rather than actual openers....except for my husband, who starts their car and then leaves it?
A small thing, but important. And since these doors are usually heavy too, best to get an automatic closer that doesn't slam the door. Anyone, but especially little ones, who happens to get a finger caught will thank you.
Inna, yes, it is a small cost that shows a seller cares about buyer safety.
Wallace, sounds like you'll be writing a post on those newer cars opening garage doors before I will!
Rob, that is true also, especially when people opt for heavy steel doors.
