IPhones, IPads are probably going to be the most popular, but blah blah blah...What one tool (well we actually have two) do we rely on all the time for our Real Estate business would most definitely be ~ Our Laptop!Long Island Real Estate
 
No it's not a MAC, no it's not the newest or the best...but it's something we use all the time for our business. We hit it first thing in the morning (sometimes VERY early mornings), many times during the day and before we go to sleep at night. We're contantly emailing, researching, writing and drafting on it. We use it as our calendar reminder and storage of our files and photos, and of course to write our daily blog posts for ActiveRain.
 
Yes you can use your Iphones and IPads for this too, but we like the size of our laptop as opposed to those other smaller tools which are probably going to have to be replaced anyway for the newer and better editions (probably as we write this a new one has appeared on the market). So there will be newer and better I-Tools to come along, but we're satisfied using our laptop and wouldn't want to ever go back to using an electric typewriter!
 
Of course the internet brings all the info we need in front of us with a click of the button, helping us to be the "Experts" in our Long Island market.

Laughter is key for sure and I like what Woody said above ' buyers and sellers can pick up on our feelings' so I like to go in from a 'how can I serve you perspective' and if our hearts and minds connect all will be well. Respecting what can seem like 'strange quirky ways' can be challenging as a home stager. We have to use 'tough love' many times to have sellers pack up their precious treasures...we never want to knowingly hurt their feelings! I can laugh later but sometimes I feel like a 'deer in the headlights'!
