Good Morning, All!

Top Producers, Medium Producers.  Weak Producers.  NON Producers.

We're all at the same level, today, the First Business Day of the New Year!  Right now, it's not quite 7:30 here in the Midwest, 8:30 in the East, 6:30 in the morning in Denver, and the un-Godly hour of 5:30AM out West.

To the best of my knowledge, no one, and I mean NO ONE, in North America . . .

. . . NO ONE has yet closed a sale yet in 2008!

Now, you have to separate yourself from the pack.  This is where the Top Producers work differently than everyone else!

By now, you should have WRITTEN BUSINESS GOALS, and a STRATEGY TO REACH THEM, as well as SPECIFIC TACTICS to achieve the strategy.

Start making those contact calls as the business day starts - now, or in a short while.  Don't be thrown off track by adversity, and course correct as you need to.

Ready, set . . .  GO!  We're all at the same starting line, right at this moment!

Dean-you are so right.  I am have a new listing agreement to get signed tomorrow and a new construction deal  closing the following week.  I'm not planning on sitting back and waiting for people to knock on my door!
