It is now 2008 and I don't know about you, but I do feel differently.  I am more optimistic.

 With new year in front I believe that 2007 and all its doom and gloom is behind us. 

Why am I so optimistic?  Well, Because of the followng reasons which are not listed in chronological order:

1. Things can only get better?

2. A renewed partnership between the real estate fields to protect this market.

3. Many unprofessional and "out for a quick buck" individuals have left the industry.

4. US Government stepping up in a responsible and non-bail out way.

5. Stricter licesing requirements

6. A new US president gives us a sense of optimism for the future.

7. More educated consumers.

8. Intrest rates are still very low.

9. FHA has been revised in a positive manner.

10. Did I mention that things can only get better, right?
