The first Condo Tour for the new year will be held Saturday, January 12, 2008.  WeKnowUrban conducts monthly tours of high rise and loft condos throughout the cities of the Valley of the Sun like Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, and more.

Last month's tour focused on the luxury condominiums of Downtown Scottsdale.  We visited X Wine Lofts, the Mark, Main Street Plaza, Scottsdale Waterfront High Rise (pictured at left), Optima Camelview Lofts, and Safari Drive Lofts.

The January tour will cover Downtown Phoenix properties like Summit at Copper Square High Rise, Stadium Lofts, 44 Monroe (the tallest high rise condo building in Arizona), Orpheum Lofts, Portland 38 and Roosevelt 11.

Tour attendees actually go inside the buildings; often times under construction.  So we ask that everyone wear closed toe shoes and long pants.  Last month we had to split into two groups in order to tour the Mark in Scottsdale.  The construction superintendent took the first group up and the sales manager took the second group up.  This offered a very unique perspective and was a unique opportunity as such access to a construction site is quite rare.
