Danville's inventory of homes, both attached and detached, remained tight at the end of April. Lack of inventory of homes for sale is a common theme in the 680 Corridor real estate market right now. Last year there was 154 single family homes for sale versus 79 at the end of April 2012. Home sales for the current month were 61 compared with 39 last year.
